Returns

We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on most items. We are easy like this.

Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged you should refuse delivery or declare it as damaged when signing, then contact us on info@buystarget.com to explain the situation.

 If for any reason you are not happy with your choice, please contact us to register a return. We are always happy to help.

 

Before returning an item, for any reason, please contact us first via e-mail info@buystarget.com to obtain a reference number. Without such we won't be able to accept the return.

Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:

• unused (with any tags still attached)

• in original packaging

• in a resaleable condition

We'll refund your money to the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
